Key Function, Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review and endorsement of AWP and Progress and Financial report (Yearly and Half yearly)
• Endorsement of project governance policy
• Support in facilitation of co-financing and annual audit report response
• Linking the project function with Advisory committee
• High level monitoring at outcome level
• Facilitate coordination with three levels of governments (Federal, state, and local)
• PEC will meet at least in every four months
